Our Journey

From a Personal 21-Day Walk to a Ministry of Living Water.

What began as an intentional rhythm of seeking God has grown into a continuing discipleship journey designed to help people know Jesus, live His Word, and pour what He has given them into others.

Why 21 Days?

Not simply completing a devotional. Pursuing transformation.

Twenty-one days represents intentionality: a focused time to step away from distraction and seek God through Scripture, prayer, reflection, and practical application. The purpose has always been to know Christ more deeply, allow His Word to shape everyday life, and carry what He pours into us into the lives of others.

2018
Where It Began

A simple rhythm became a calling.

The 21-day journey began as a personal spiritual discipline: intentional Bible study, prayer, reflection, and a desire for a more consistent walk with God. Over time, that discipline grew into a ministry vision—to help others experience the same kind of focused, practical, Scripture-centered growth.

From that seed, 21 Day Ministry was born.

Honoring the Seed

A Bible-reading rhythm that helped shape the beginning.

We are grateful for the role the YouVersion Bible App played in nurturing the early 21-day rhythm that eventually grew into this ministry. It remains a meaningful resource for engaging Scripture consistently.

The Birth of Living Water

One truth builds upon another.

The vision expanded into the Living Water Newsletter, creating a structured spiritual journey rather than a collection of disconnected devotionals. Each monthly journey contains 21 progressive days, normally organized into three seven-day movements. Scripture moves from something we simply read into something we are challenged to live.

Our prayer is that those who receive Living Water will not only be refreshed themselves, but become vessels through whom that Living Water reaches others.

The Progressive Journey

Each year builds upon the one before it.

Formation becomes representation. Representation becomes construction. Construction becomes multiplication. Multiplication becomes legacy.

Beginning

The Seed

A 21-Day Walk

21 Day Ministry began with something simple: a desire to draw closer to God through intentional, Scripture-centered periods of spiritual growth. Twenty-one-day studies and consistent time in the YouVersion Bible App helped nurture the rhythm of slowing down, opening God's Word, praying, reflecting, and allowing biblical truth to shape everyday life.

“Seek Him.”

Blessed, Filled with Christ

Formation

The Living Water journey became clearly progressive. We explored the foundations of Christian life—knowing God, prayer, the teachings of Jesus, God's character, faith, the Fruit of the Spirit, healing, wisdom, relationships, and living according to His Word. Before we could represent Christ, build, or disciple others, we needed to be filled with Him.

“Fill me.”

Kingdom Ambassadors

Representation

Having been filled, the journey moved outward. We began asking what it means to represent Jesus in our homes, relationships, communities, workplaces, and everyday interactions. Faith became not only something we believed, but something we carried into the world.

“Send me.”

Kingdom Builders

Construction

An ambassador represents the Kingdom, but eventually the ambassador must also participate in building it. Living Water challenges us to consider what we are building with the lives God has entrusted to us—our character, homes, relationships, communities, witness, service, outreach, and work that will remain when tested.

“Build through me.”
The Journey Ahead

Kingdom Multipliers

Multiplication

What God has placed within us must eventually be poured into someone else. Kingdom Multipliers moves us from disciples to disciple-makers—mentoring, teaching, encouraging, serving, equipping, developing, and intentionally investing in others.

“Multiply through me.”

Kingdom Legacy

Generational Continuation

As the ministry approaches a decade of growth, the journey turns toward legacy. The question becomes: what will remain? We will consider the faith, wisdom, testimony, character, values, relationships, disciples, and spiritual foundations we are leaving behind.

“Let it outlive me.”
The Five-Year Living Water Story

Fill Me → Send Me → Build Through Me → Multiply Through Me → Let It Outlive Me

We are being transformed so that we can represent Christ. We represent Christ so that we can participate in His work. We build so that others can grow. We multiply so the Gospel continues beyond us. And ultimately, we desire to leave behind a faith worth following.

We began by asking God to fill us. Then He sent us. He taught us to build. He called us to multiply. Now we ask Him to make our faith worth passing on.

Living Water was never meant to stop with us.

It is meant to flow through us.

Be blessed, be filled with Christ and be a blessing to others.
